2. Photo and print based products, materials, supplies and final outcome are  the responsibility of the customer. One Stop Studio Shop and Joseph Ricard Enterprises LLC. BPhotographs offered by Trackside Scenery are printed on photographic paper and should be treated as such.  Installations are by the customer on customer mounting media and performed at the sole risk of the customer. No warranty is implied for backdrop purchases beyond that of an accidental misprint or mis shipment on behalf of One Stop Studio Shop or chosen print lab.

In no event shall Joseph Ricard LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Joseph Ricard LLC's Internet site, even if Joseph Ricard LLC or a Joseph Ricard LLC authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
